Become a Volunteer

Job Description

Volunteers will assist in:

  • Caring for and maintaining horses (feeding, cleaning, general care);
  • Assisting with horseback riding tours (guiding tourists, preparing equipment, safety measures);
  • Maintaining accommodation areas;
  • Welcoming and informing visitors;
  • Promoting activities and organizing special events.
Requirements for Applicants
  • Passion for nature and horses;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Responsible and flexible attitude;
  • Knowledge of English or Albanian is an advantage;
  • Previous experience with horses is desirable but not mandatory.

Accommodation and Expenses
  • Accommodation will be provided in our facilities;
  • Breakfast and meals will be included;
  • Transportation to the camp is covered by the organization;
  • For long-term volunteers, we may offer additional benefits, such as:

                   1- Free weekend activities like swimming pool access, cooking classes, or buggy rides;

                  2- Participation in staff dinners and social events;

                  3- Opportunities to explore the area and participate in local activities.

We cover accommodation and meals, as well as some entertainment and opportunities to discover the area — but personal expenses are not covered.

Working Hours and Commitment
  • Work is organized in shifts (morning, afternoon);
  • Volunteers are expected to engage for about 5-6 hours per day with one day off per week;
  • The schedule may change depending on seasonal and organizational needs.
  • Commitment should be no shorter than one month and no longer than three months.
  • The work plan will be detailed on a weekly basis, based on the information we receive and the volunteer’s skills and strengths.
  • Volunteer roles may vary depending on the organization’s needs, but we will ensure that each volunteer’s main skill is utilized effectively.
