VJOSA TRAIL | Into the wild 🍂🐎
Two days into our journey, yesterday we climbed the mountains of Lunxhëria, crossing remote landscapes that no vehicle could ever reach.
Our expedition towards the Vjosa River unfolds with every step, through golden autumn colours, warm sunshine, drifting mist and sudden rain showers. 🤗🧲☀️😍🍁
This is the beauty of travelling on horseback: reaching places beyond the roads, moving with nature and embracing every mood of the mountains.
Our journey to Vjosa continues. 🌿 #vjosatrailalbania #caravanhorseridingalbania #horsebackadventures #mountainhorses #albaniaonhorseback

🐎 The Vjosa Expedition has begun! 🌿 Today, October 11th, an enthusiastic group of riders set off on our 12-day journey towards the wild Vjosa River.
Nine days in the saddle, crossing Albania’s untamed landscapes, discovering remote trails, and sharing unforgettable moments with our horses and fellow adventurers.
The adventure starts now! 🌊🏔️

As the first autumn rains arrived, our final King Skerdilajd Trail of the season came to an end. 🌧️🐎🌊
From the Albanian mountains to the shores of the Ionian Sea, another unforgettable journey filled with wild landscapes, ancient paths, incredible horses, and beautiful connections.
Thank you to everyone who rode with us and to our amazing team and horses who made this adventure possible. ❤️

...and somewhere between the lessons, the trails and the quiet moments in nature… they simply started to enjoy the ride. 🌿
One more day to go.
One more step in their journey.
The next Learn to Ride starts on October 31.
Come with no experience. Leave with a new relationship with horses and perhaps a new understanding of yourself. 🧲🤗🇦🇱😎#horseridingalbania #albaniaonhorseback #ancientpaths #beginnerrider #ridewithconfidence
